Build on Bezant

Local devnet first. Reproducible by design.

Bezant ships a local devnet node on this machine. The protocol exposes a JSON REST API and a CLI status client. Every protocol change is published as a reproducible numbered patch.

Console mode

Launch the node in foreground, watch the boot banner and the live log stream. Stop the node with Ctrl+C.

TUI mode

Switch on the in-terminal TUI for a tabbed view: Status, Peers, Mining, Logs, Version. Pure keyboard navigation.

Local REST API

The node listens on 127.0.0.1:17413 by default. Basic auth via a per-instance token written to your runtime directory at first boot.

Reproducible patches

Every protocol-level change is captured as a numbered .patch file with a checked-in preamble. The build is reproducible from the patches alone.
