Roadmap

What ships next, in plain language.

A public roadmap of where Bezant is and where it is going. We keep internal build artifacts inside the source repository. This page is what you, as a user or builder, can actually act on.

  1. Phase 1 - foundationDone

    Devnet Core

Node, wallet and miner binaries reproducible from the source. Devnet boots locally, isolated from any other network. Honest status surface across the site.

  2. Phase 1 - foundationIn progress

    Bezant App foundation

Single desktop application that bundles the node, the wallet, the miner, the Mining Hub, the Pool Hub and the local network status into one window.

  3. Phase 1 - foundationIn progress

    Wallet - Send / Receive

Non-custodial wallet, exact-amount send and Send Max sweep. Receive over file slate, HTTPS or Tor v3 hidden service.

  1. Phase 2 - operator toolsPlanned

    Mining Hub

Inside Bezant App: pool directory, fees, reliability, one-click attach. Pools are independent operators, not preselected by the project.

  2. Phase 2 - operator toolsPlanned

    Pool Hub

Run a Bezant Stratum pool from your own machine. Publish a public contact to appear in the directory. Set your own fee, including zero.

  3. Phase 2 - operator toolsPlanned

    Explorer

MimbleWimble-aware explorer. Block headers, kernel counts, per-algorithm difficulty. By design, no addresses or balances are surfaced.

  1. Phase 3 - merchants & buildersPlanned

    Merchant tools

API keys scoped and revocable, issued by Bezant App. Plugins never hold funds. Webhooks for confirmed credits.

  2. Phase 3 - merchants & buildersPlanned

    WordPress / WooCommerce integration

Accept BZT on any WordPress shop. Plugin talks to your local Bezant App via your scoped API key.

  3. Phase 3 - merchants & buildersPlanned

    Optional public access via Cloudflare

Opt-in tunnel so your Bezant App API can serve traffic from outside your LAN without opening ports.

  1. Phase 4 - networkFuture

    Public testnet

First public Bezant testnet. Open to community node operators and miners. Still no real value.

  2. Phase 4 - networkFuture

    Release candidate

Frozen feature set, audited builds, repeated public soak tests.

  3. Phase 4 - networkFuture

    Mainnet candidate

Mainnet activation with the 40 / 55 / 5 mining target enabled. Genesis published. Network starts cold.

  1. Phase 5 - commerceFuture

    Commerce layer

Seller stores, escrow, shipping integrations, fiat rails. The protocol takes no cut. Managed services may charge transparent service fees.
