Algorithm distribution

RandomX - CPU40 %Memory-hard. Any modern CPU can mine. No ASIC advantage by design.
ProgPow - GPU55 %Memory-hard, GPU-friendly. Reference class: RTX 3070 and equivalent.
Heavy Mining5 %Reserved for the full network target. Activated by a dedicated audited release.

Why this distribution

Bezant's design goal is that anyone with a regular machine can participate in mining. A 40 / 55 split between CPU and GPU keeps both algorithms relevant: no single class of hardware dominates the network on its own.

The 5 % Heavy Mining slot is reserved as a long-term participation surface that does not require the CPU or the GPU path. It is part of the full network target and is activated by a dedicated audited release.

Pool fees

Pool operators are independent. They set their own fee. The protocol does not require any cut. A pool can charge zero fee if it chooses.

Bezant App will surface pool fees inside the Mining Hub so users can compare and pick. Pools that publish a public contact will appear in the directory; Bezant does not preselect any pool.
